Marthaguy Picnic Races - Saturday 11th May, 2024.

Saturday the 6th of May ~ join us at the QUAMBONE Racecourse on the outskirts of the small village 50kms from Coonamble and 80 Kms from Warren.

The Marthaguy Picnic Races offers a great day out for one and all and a fantastic way to catch up with friends.

• Gates open 11.00 am
• Free Community Luncheon – 12:00 midday to 1:30 pm.
• Nursing mothers Van
• Shaded playground for under 2’s
• Free Jumping Castle for the children
• Buy from the bush, local vendors – for that last-minute Mother’s day gift.

• First Race:- 1:30 pm. – 6 Race Program - $ 45,000 Prizemoney 
• Feature race OWP Marthaguy Cup – Race Sash & Trophies for all races.
• Fantastic day out followed by a fantastic evening @ Sundowner Hotel evening meals available.
• Free camping at the Primitive campsite behind the Sundowner.
• Free camping also available at the Racecourse (please book)

Entry to the oncourse campsite is unavailable from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm race day

• The oncourse campsite will be open from 12:00 midday Friday 06.05.22 
• This campsite is closed during the race day. Closed 11:00 am – 5:00 pm.
• Plenty of space in car park for vans arriving during race day.
• The oncourse campsite reopens at 5:00 pm & closes on Sunday 08.05.22 at 5:00 pm.

Additional Free Camping is also available at the Quambone Primitive Campsite behind the Sundowner Hotel. This campsite does not close.
