I’d like to know how to get my ticket

That’s easy! When you buy a ticket online through 123Tix, we ask you to nominate an email address to which your receipt and ticket/s will be emailed.  We suggest you print your ticket/s out, and the event organisers will scan them when you arrive. Alternatively, if you can’t get to a printer, you’ll have access to your ticket/s via email on your iPad, iPhone or Android device – simply present it to the event organisers upon arrival.

I’ve forgotten my ticket

Don’t worry, it happens to all of us! You’ll have access to your ticket/s to print out, or via email on your computer, iPad, iPhone or Android device – if you do forget, or don’t have access to either of these methods, our easy app allows the event organisers to simply look up your name when you arrive and check you in. But if you do have any concerns, we encourage you to contact the event organisers directly.

I’d like to upgrade my ticket

Absolutely! But as circumstances vary from event to event, you’ll first have to contact the event organisers directly to confirm the availability of an upgrade. Here at 123Tix we value your privacy and don’t store your financial details on our system – because of this, in order to upgrade your ticket you’ll then have to purchase your newly preferred ticket/s, and then contact us so we can cancel and refund your initial ticket/s. Don’t forget, you’ll need both the original booking code and nominated email address to complete your upgrade, otherwise we won’t be able to cancel your initial ticket/s.

Please note that booking fees are non-refundable.

I’d like to purchase tickets at the door

We’ve got no problem with that! But the availability of tickets at a venue, and the circumstances, vary from event to event. Whilst our state of the art software and easy app allows vendors to sell tickets right up until the event starts, we can’t guarantee ticket availability or payment methods – so we encourage you to contact the event organisers directly and they’ll be able to assist you.

I’d like to change the name on my tickets

That’s no worries! For identity and validation purposes the original purchaser's details will remain the same, but you are able to change the name of the ticket holder. You’ll need the original booking code and email address, then simply login to the Manage Ticket area of 123Tix, complete the changes and resend your tickets.

I’d like a refund on my ticket

While we’d love to help, all 123Tix ticket sales are final as per our terms and conditions and unfortunately we’re unable to offer you a refund. However, in accordance with the Live Performance Australia code of practice, there is an exception if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

Our system makes it easy to resell, or gift your ticket to a friend or family member. They can simply take your invoice and ticket and present them for admission, or you can update the ticket name by logging in to the Manage Ticket area.

If you have extenuating circumstances, we encourage you to contact event organisers directly, who may be able to issue a refund at their own discretion.

Please note that in all cases booking fees are non-refundable.
