Four Doors and Indigoearth are proud to bring you a Bush Tucker and Wine Experience. Indigearth founder Sharon, will delight your tastebuds with her modern Australian Native Cuisine while Four Doors will entice your palette with a selection of our fine wines.

As our guest you will experience a mouth-watering bush food taste test matched with wine.
Think prawn and avocado stack with native thyme  - saltbush dukkah encrusted kangaroo with bush tomato chutney - tartlet of roast beetroot, caramelised native cluster fig and goats cheese. Finish with dessert of Wild Rosella topped individual pavlova.

Matched to these delicious offerings will be a selection from our Lazy Oak Vineyard and Elephant Mountain Wines. Think citrus with pear and apple characters in a pale straw Pinot Gris, vibrant tropical fruit in our Mudgee grown Sauvignon Blanc, aromatic with clear red berry citrus notes in our signature White Merlot and violets and blackberries notes in the Three Steers Shiraz.

During the Bush Tucker and Wine experience, Sharon, a Ngemba Weilwan woman of Western NSW will talk to us about collecting bush fruits and catching yabbies as a child and how eating bush foods in the wild was a necessity during childhood. She speaks with pure pride and passion in being able to bring what Mother Earth has provided for everyone, in many different ways, and in its purist form.
