A celebration of the fermentation process bringing together science, education and the best of regional produce for a one-day festival. Immerse yourself in this unique event set against the charming backdrop of historic Rylstone and Kandos in regional New South Wales.

How to Make Honey Ginger Beer 9:30am - 11:30am

Join Dave Henderson, head brewer of Hop & Clover Brewing, as he takes you through making their Mudgee Honey Ginger Beer. Originally hailing from the Emerald Isle, Dave will take participants through how to make Ginger beer easily at home whilst sampling a few wee tipples. At the end, you can take home some ginger beer and a handy tote bag. 

Inclusions:

  • 2 hours of small group tuition by a commercial brewer
  • Take home some ginger beer and a handy tote bag

ATTENDING THE CLASS

Please arrive 10 minutes before starting time so that we can greet and start classes straight away. There is a lot to learn.

There is ample street parking in near the venue, Kandos Community Centre 44 Angus Ave, Kandos NSW 

Clothing – please wear comfortable and enclosed shoes. Clothing should allow the sleeves to be rolled up and allow for movement. Hair should be tied back from your face.

Refund/Cancellation
• Unless required to by law NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE will be given except for in the unlikely circumstances of cancellation of the event by the organiser. Refund liability is limited to the total amount of the Ticket purchase (including any fees or charges). The seller is not liable for expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation.
• Mid-Western Regional Council reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to an event, for any circumstances beyond the Mid-Western Regional Council’s reasonable control. This includes the cancellation of an event itself. Mid-Western Regional Council’s maximum liability is limited to a full refund of the ticket price. Mid-Western Regional Council accepts no additional liability for travel, accommodation or any other additional costs incurred.
