The Western NSW Primary Health Network (WNSWPHN) wants to have a yarn with Aboriginal community across the region to identify key health priorities and strategies to inform future planning and delivery of services in the primary care sector.

WNSWPHN want to hear about the health of your mob including emerging health issues, gaps in services and advice on how to improve care for Aboriginal people. The learnings from the yarns will be incorporated into broader community discussions which will directly follow the Aboriginal session.

Sessions will be at Bourke, Dubbo, Orange and Broken Hill.
