Event Information

The Borrodell Truffle Forage Lunch

Experience the thrill of an authentic truffle hunt, foraging Borrodell’s Black Perigord truffles, the black diamond of Provence,  from the mainland’s oldest truffle oak trees. With experienced forager Teneka Priestly and her incredible rescue dogs that she trains to be truffle hunters, roam the vines and orchard of Borrodell in search for the elusive Black Perigord. These are the world's most highly sought-after variety, and you will learn the art of finding and unearthing these ripe and hidden treasures.

Fresh from the hunt relax and enjoy a serve of the orchard’s secret-recipe spiced mulled cider. Then retire to our Sisters Rock restaurant while resident chef Charles Woodward (Cottage Point Inn, The Lake House, Pilu) transforms your fresh Black Perigords into a three-course foragers lunch accompanied by the best produce that rural Orange has to offer.

For those that love fun, great wine, incredibly prepared rural produce, dust off your Wellie’s and book your tickets today.
