Featuring tertiary students from Sydney Conservatorium of Music

Macquarie Conservatorium, Dubbo

A unique opportunity to enjoy a concert of chamber music for wind and brass ensembles, performed by tertiary students from Sydney Conservatorium of Music.

The Platypus Wind Quintet is Gordon Richter (originally from Parkes) - clarinet, Samantha O’Toole - flute, Nick Zengoski - bassoon, Ben Porteous - oboe and Simon Jones - horn. The Platypus Wind Quintet will play music by Paul Hindemith, Jacques Ibert and others.

The City Trombone Quartet is Harry Macpherson (originally from Orange), Cooper Rands, Oscar Lewis and Max Gregg. They will play music by Ludwig van Beethoven, Anton Bruckner and Camille Saint-Saens.

Don’t miss these talented wind and brass players in an entertaining concert.
