Event Information

The DREAM Festival Music + Markets event gives stallholders a unique opportunity to showcase their food, fashion and art to the Dubbo Community.

This free public event is the premier event of the festival program and attracts members of our diverse community and visitors to the region.

Be part of this annual event and book your space in Victoria Park, alongside an incredible array of entertainment and activities for all ages.

Terms & Conditions

STALLHOLDER INFORMATION

ACCEPTANCE

  • Payment must be made at the time of online application for your application to be considered.
  • Any applications after close date will be at the discretion of the DREAM Festival organisers.

STANDARD STALLS

  • All stalls will be 3m x 3m.
  • Your site fee covers the 3m x 3m space for your stall and no additional space beside, behind or in front of your stall. If you require additional space please book additional space.
  • All stalls to be set up by 3pm at the latest and are not to pack up or dissemble until the event close at 10pm.

FOOD STALLS

  • Food stallholders are encouraged to provide food and beverages that showcase their business and talents.
  • Feel free to dress up your marquee with lights to match the festival theme.
  • Stallholders are responsible for supplying their own power, furniture, and all other items required for customer service.
  • Stallholders are responsible for disposing of rubbish and leaving their site clean at the conclusion of the event.
  • Set up is to be completed by 3pm.

POWER

  • Standard stallholders are encouraged to be sustainable by using solar or rechargeable power, but can be allocated 1 power outlet.
  • All stallholders must specify on application power is required.
  • Stallholders who have indicated they require power, must supply their own extension leads and lighting. All electrical cords MUST have a valid Test and Tag.
  • Food and Beverage stallholders: we are not suppling ANY power to stalls. 

SEATING

  • There will be limited seating available for people to sit down and eat their meal. Patrons will be encouraged to bring picnic blankets.

LIGHTING

  • There will be limited lighting available. Stallholders are to bring additional solo lighting for your marquee as required.

INSPECTIONS

  • Inspections will occur on the day by the event coordinator.

WATER

  • Water will be available at the information tent; however stallholders are encouraged to bring water required for service needs.
  • All stallholders serving food must abide by NSW Food Authority guidelines for water, ice, cleaning and hand-washing facilities.
  • All stallholders where cooking or heating is taking place must have fire safety equipment accessible.

CONTINGENCY PLAN

  • In the event of a wet weather event, please see our website for any changes to the location (given the large amount of set-up required; it is unlikely to be relocated. Check www.dreamfest.com.au on the day, if raining, to see if contingency plan has been implemented. In the event of relocation or cancellation no refunds will be provided for stallholder bookings.

GENERAL

  • Toilet facilities are the public toilets in park (regular cleaning has been booked). Additional portable toilets will also be available.
  • Stallholder must take away ALL rubbish at the conclusion of the markets.
  • No alcohol is allowed in the park except in the designated area which will be manned by security.

WORK, HEALTH & SAFETY

  • First aid, fire extinguisher and free drinking water at information tent area.
  • Please wear enclosed shoes, long trousers and safety wear (if applicable).

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation on or prior 31 July 2021 (100% refund; excluding booking fee)
  • Cancellation on or prior 21 September 2021 (50% refund; excluding booking fee)
  • Cancellation after 1 October 2021 (no refund)

SITE LOCATION

  • While organisers will do their best to locate your site per any specific instructions; no guarantees are given
  • Site locations are subject to change 

By booking a stall you agree to comply to all the above terms and conditions.
