Event Information


Although COVID-19 has limited the number of attendees to Dubbo’s Biggest Party this year, the Club is proud to offer a variety of quality packages and catering to both corporate events and the racing enthuisaist. 

From the shaded and catered Umbrella Package to the Pure Punters Wine Barrel Bench, MAAS Group and the City of Dubbo Turf Club are excited to showcase a unique and entertaining raceday. 

Get in now as this is a limited event of 500, once all tickets are sold no entry will be permitted.

Listed prices are per person. 

Terms & Conditions

I confirm that I agree to comply with all NSW Government regulations in relation to COVID-19 including but not limited to:

  • I am not under a quarantine order.
  • I have received two doses of a COVID-19 Vaccine or will have by the 30th of Ocotober and can provide proof to the Dubbo Turf Club. 

Ticketing Terms and Conditions:

  • All prepurchased tickets will be scanned, a clearly printed ticket displaying the QR code or available on a smart phone device. Each patron is to have their own ticket ready on entering the venue. Online booking fees and charges may apply.
  • Listed prices are on a per person basis. 
  • Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, duplicated or defaced in any way or are not purchased from direclty from 123 Tix
  • Members will be able to redeem gate entry for the member and one guest from the race club office on the day
  • Entry may be refused if tickets are not purchased from an authorised seller.
  • Food and Drink packages non-transferrable.

Cancellation Policy:

  • In the event the race-day is cancelled or crowds are restricted from attending due to COVID-19 all tickets will be refunded minus transaction fees.
  • In the event the race-day is cancelled due to adverse weather tickets will be refunded.

Conditions of Entry:

  • This is an All Ages Event.
  • ID may be required.
  • All patrons enter and use the complex at their own risk including the risk of any injury, death, theft, loss or damage.
  • All persons will be required to social distance other then direct family members or as outlined by the Health NSW. Please keep 1.5 metres clearance from other people who don’t live in the same household as you.
  • Any ticket holder that is unwell or have cold or flu-like symptoms. The advice from Health NSW is that you should stay home.
  • Hygiene and cleaning procedures have been and will be implimented to keep all patrons and our venue staff safe.
  • Purchaser information may be shared with health authorities for contact tracing should any attendee test positive to COVID 19.
  • Our toilets have a limited capacity and patrons are asked to be distant at all times (i.e. remain 1.5 metres apart)
  • Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible Guardian over the age of 21.
  • Tickets must be retained at all times and you should only hold the ticket in your name.
  • You must not obstruct the entry or exit point.
  • You must follow signs and instructions at all times
  • It may be a condition of entry that a search of person or possessions will be required at the time of entry to the venue
