Dubbo Writers' Festival: Creating Film & TV Ideas from Real Life: an online  workshop with Kellie Jennar

Due to the current lockdown across NSW, Dubbo Writers’ Festival has moved online.

Learn how to refine an idea for a short film or find an idea. In this practical workshop Kellie will take you through the process of using real life experiences to generate ideas for your film or TV script.

Kellie Jennar is a storyteller, screenwriter, and filmmaker. She lives and works in Dubbo and is a huge advocate for the creative and screen industries in regional NSW. Kellie is the president of Dubbo Filmmakers Inc. and was awarded Dubbo's cultural person of the year for 2020. Kellie has studied screenwriting through the Australian, Film, Television, and Radio School and the New York Film Academy and has received a number of grants through Screen NSW, Screen Australia and ScreenWorks.
