Dubbo City Speedway Club present a pre season Practice

This is a ticketed Event - all persons attending must have a ticket

This event is not open to the general public and ran under Speedway Australia's practice rules

  • Practice Permit Number 20-1122
  • social distance, hygiene and covid19 restrictions will apply all patrons
  • Gates open to pits at 1pm closed at 4pm
  • Practice starts at 5pm

Terms and Conditions

1 - Motor Racing/Burnouts Are Dangerous Sports!

It is a condition of admission that spectators and all persons attending this meeting do so entirely at their own risk. All persons, corporations, clubs and associations having any connection with the promotion or conduct of the meeting, including the owners and occupants of the land and the drivers and owners of the vehicles are absolved from liability or damage to spectators and all other persons at a meeting,  no matter whether for negligence or as occupier or on any other basis and no matter whether such injury or damage be foreseeable and no matter where or how such injury or damage be caused.

  • No glass or alcohol are to be brought into the premises.
  • No smoking within the grounds.
  • Eskies are welcome

 

2 - COVID SAFE MEASURES

- Entry to double vaccinated persons only

- Those 16 under will be allowed in un vaccinated, but must be accompanied by a vaccinated adult from the same house hold

- Proof of vaccination, We will accept digital vaccination certificates, printed copy of digital vaccination certificate and successful scan of QR code.

- Due to covid19 regulations we are limited to 1 person per 4 square metre rule in the venue

- Contact free entry and ticket sales encouraged, the is prevent and reduce exposure to risk

- Pre purchase your tickets prior to the event to avoid disappoint.

- NSW Government require patrons to scan in to venue via the NSW fair trade QR Code.

This is a ticketed Event, Entry to venue is only permitted to ticket holders. ticket sales will be available online or at the gate until 8pm Saturday 13th November 2021

3 - TO MINIMISE THE RISK OF CONTRACTING/ TRANSMITTING COVID-19 COMPETITORS, OFFICIALS AND PATRONS SHOULD AT ALL TIMES AHEAR TO THE BELOW TERMS & CONDITIONS 

 

To minimise the risk of contracting or transmitting COVID-19, competitors, officials and patrons should at all times:


• Do not attend any speedway event if you are unwell and experiencing symptoms such as a 
cough, sore throat, fever, fatigue or shortness of breath.
• Do not attend speedway if, in the last 14 days, you have been unwell or had close contact with 
a known or suspected case of COVID-19.
• Anyone who is unwell should see a doctor in accordance with NSW Public Health Authority 
guidelines.

 

To ensure consistency and compliance, general event guidelines relating to Speedway meetings are:


1. All participants should be strongly encouraged to download the Government’s COVIDSafe app.
2. No close contact is allowed at any time as it is within 1.5m.
3. An area of 4m2 is required per person (i.e. a minimum of 40m2 for 10 people).

SPEEDWAY RELATED GUIDELINES

It is strongly suggested that all participants:


• Shower at home before and after speedway.
• Bring hand wash or sanitiser to wash / sanitise your hands before and after racing.
• Avoid unnecessary contact (i.e. shaking hands, ‘high fives’ etc).
• All equipment (particularly if touched by hands) should be wiped clean afterwards (e.g. radios, 
tools etc).
• Speedway Australia permits are required for all on-track activity

 

4 - ANY PERSONS ENTERING THE PIT COMPLEX INCLUDING COMPETITORS, CREWS, OFFICIALS MUST HOLD A LICENSE, EITHER THEIR ANNUAL LICENSE, 1 DAY COMPETITION OR 1 DAY PIT PASS

- Anyone using one day competition licences or pit passes will need to arrange this prior to arriving at the track

5 - ANY PERSONS ENTERING THE PIT COMPLEX INCLUDING COMPETITORS, CREWS, OFFICIALS MUST COMPLETE THE SPEEDWAY AUSTRALIA INDEMENTY WAIVER FORM ONLINE

This will also need to be completed prior to arriving at the venue, by the Friday prior to the event.
