Good customer service is the key to how towns or regions like ours are experienced. We live in a hugely competitive tourism market and a look, smile or off the cuff piece of “local knowledge” shared with a visitor to our area can make all the difference between them spending time and spending money with us, or going to another area altogether to discover what they have to offer. It can mean the difference between a fleeting one off visit, and a lifetime of returns with family and friends.  For generations.

Customer Service excellence cannot and must not be underestimated!  With online shopping, easy travelling, and competition from other regions, what sets us apart?  It’s often the relationship we develop with our customers – the ‘customer service promise’ we develop.

Together with our presenter, we’ve put together a high-value, high-impact three-hour workshop for all of us working in the customer service arena, to brush up our skills, amplify our customer profile, and positively transform our approach to the Sapphire Coast visitation experience.

This three hour workshop will include:

ABOUT OUR PRESENTER:

Jacqueline MacGregor: Senior Teacher in Business Performance, Commercial Projects – Travel and Tourism; Marketing; Event Management.

Jacqueline is expert at customer service delivery; we are extremely fortunate to have secured her services for two alternate workshops to assist those in our service-focused enterprises with what is required to achieve excellence in customer service delivery in the 21st century.
