Event Information

Join us for 45 minutes of fun for Minimakers! Sing songs, listen to stories and have fun doing craft.

Mums, Dads, Grandparents and Carers can make new friends and spend time with their little ones in the knowledge that someone else will clean up the mess! Our sessions are led by expert early childhood educators and each session is designed to support the child in your life become more creative, develop social skills and encourage the development of their motor and sensory skills.

All craft materials are provided.

Minimakers sessions are FREE of charge, and take place every Wednesday and Thursday during school terms.

PLEASE NOTE: you must only complete a single registration for your family. This can include one or two adults and up to three children. The maximum total is four people registered on each Minimaker session ticket.

Any registrations using a duplicate email address/mobile contact details may be cancelled and the ticket holder contacted.

COVID SAFE: The Western Plains Cultural Centre is a COVID Safe venue and is committed to protecting our community and preventing the spread of COVID-19. We adhere to all public health orders, rules and restrictions currently in place. Please observe signage and the directions of staff when visiting the centre. You must check in using the QR code and sign in sheet for Minimakers and we ask that you utilise the hand sanitising stations, wear a mask when applicable and adhere to physical distancing rules. Please stay at home if you are feeling unwell. A COVID Safe Plan can be provided on request. For the most up-to-date information about COVID-19, we recommend that you regularly check

Terms & Conditions

We ask that children not wear LED light striped shoes to our Minimaker sessions. The Gallery and Museum space have dim lighting which highlights a strobe effect for those with light sensitivity. If a child presents with LED light striped shoes we have the right to request the removal or tape to cover the strobe effects.

Due to COVID-19 and ongoing restrictions in place by the NSW Government, we request that you only make a booking for your own child(ren).

Any personal information provided on arrival at the Western Plains Cultural Centre is protected under the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act, 1998 (PIPA)
