Event Information

Experience the flavours of your surrounds and enjoy the best of the season at this six course dinner. Freshly caught fish, local lamb and vegetables from the garden are just some of what to expect. We have a carefully selected beer and wine menu available to purchase with your meal.

 

Below is a sample menu, this is just to give you an idea of the sort of food we like to cook. It won't be exactly the same on the night.

Housemade sourdough & freshly churned butter

Fresh Greenwell point oysters with champagne vinaigrette

Warm onion tart with The Pines cheese, bitter leaves, sweet mustard

Shoalhaven kingfish, avocado, ginger, lime, soy

Far Meadow bbq lamb, cauliflower, green sauce, crisp domino potatoes

Buttermilk pannacotta with orange poached rhubarb and candied walnuts

Selection of south coast cheeses, lavosh, fruit paste

Terms & Conditions

As our workshops have been designed for an intimate group of 8 people and our lunches/dinners are limited, we cannot offer refunds if you’re unable to attend.

  • 14 days notice is required if you wish to transfer to another date OR to keep your funds in credit for another time. You are welcome to offer your place to a friend if you can’t attend.
  • If we need to cancel for any reason you will be offered a full refund.
  • Minimum Class Size: We reserve the right to cancel a workshop if we do not get a minimum of four (4) participants to any of the workshops.
  • Unlike a restaurant we cannot rely on walk-ins. We cater specifically for our group sizes and therefore it is necessary for us to create the above cancellation policy, we hope you understand.
