Event Information
Family Friendly ONE DAY SHOW! + Friday Night Camping.
Show Entry -
- Adult $30
- Child (11-15 yrs) $10
- Child (10 and Under) Free
- Family (2A + 2C) $70
- CAMPING - $30 PER ADULT. (limited shower and toilet facilities for camping)
Entrants - $150
Entry includes Burnout, Show 'n' Shine, Camping & T-Shirt
Passengers - $100 (NO driving of Vehicle, NO T-Shirt & camping not included)
Show 'n' Shine - $50 (NO Burnouts, NO T-Shirt & camping not included)
FRIDAY - Gates will open for Scrutineering and Campers Friday 5 pm.
Scrutineering to finish approx 9pm.
SATURDAY - Gates open to all from 5am.
Show 'n' Shine to be on display by 8am, burnouts to follow.
Event to conclude at approx 8pm.
All entrants and spectators to be off site by 10pm sharp.
No Camping Available Saturday Night.
A small variety of food will be available to purchase at the show at reasonable prices.
NO GLASS will be permitted at the show.
NO ALCOHOL can be brought into the complex
NO PETS allowed on premises
The RKSMC committee reserves the right to inspect vehicles and eskies.
Entrant Number & Burnout Timeslot will be sent 1 week prior to event.
Terms & Conditions
Conditions- Bonnets or exhaust CAN NOT be removed. Side pipes are allowed but MUST check scrutineering rules. Vehicles must NOT be changed after scrutineering. Unregistered vehicles must be in a roadworthy condition and MUST be able to pass a vehicle inspection. Vehicles are to have NO rust and must be clean/ tidy and respectable.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Safety requirements you will need
- 360° Tail Shaft Loop - Satisfactory Helmet - Secure Fire Extinguisher - Long Pants & Long Sleeve Shirt - Secure Throttle Return Spring - Secure Battery
All of these will be needed for driving events. Entrants must have a current driver's license and be able to produce it on demand. All road rules must be abided by both inside and out of the show area.
Entry & Advertising Release - On entering this show, car owner and guests agree to permit the organiser, Rylstone Kandos Street Machine Club Inc, the use of their names and photographs of their cars, for the use of publicity in all forms of media, before, during and after the event do hereby relinquish any rights of photos taken and give permission to publish, sell or otherwise dispose of said photographs. All publicity and advertising rights reserved by RKSMC inc.
MOTOR RACING IS DANGEROUS - GENERAL WARNING AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY - It is a condition of entry each entrant acknowledges that prior to entering this show, do so entirely at their own risk. He/she has made themselves fully aware of the dangers as a participant or spectator/ or property owner and has accepted all the risks. The entrant for him/ herself and as an agent for any accompanying child, releases and discharges absolutely the event promoter and sponsors Rylstone Kandos Street Machine Club Inc, their representatives and agents from any liability arising from injuries or damages to property, spectators, and all other persons at the show from any circumstances whatsoever. DECLARATION - To be completed by ALL Entrants. If under the age of 18 years a parent guardian MUST sign.
I the undersigned have read and understood that I must act in a manner that will only enhance the public opinion of Street Machining and also to follow the direction and decision of show organisers. I understand that if I behave in a manner that is unacceptable to the organisers, I can be disqualified and no entry fund refunded. MUST be signed to be valid.
If an entrant is unable to attend, they must not on sell their entry, they must contact the committee for further information.
