ACCESSIBLE SEATING & PARKING

What is accessible seating?  Accessible seating is reserved for persons with special needs and their companions.

  • Accessible seating is available in the Stadium (please contact 123 Tix to secure your ticket) or through purchase of ticket in the Accessible Zone in GA. 
  • Accessible parking will be available next to the venue via Chelmsford Street until exhausted on the day.

GRAZING ON THE GRASS with Kennards

  • 18yrs + only area
  • Package is for two adults and includes grazing box and 3 beverages per person
  • Location of hospitality area is noted on map
  • Ticket holders will have access to exclusive food and beverage outlets

CORPORATE HOSPITALITY

  • Tickets include Grandstand seating.  If you have already purchased a Grandstand ticket, you can upgrade to gain access to either the MAAS Marquee or Summit Cranes VIP function.

GATE ENTRY POINTS

  • Will be noted on your ticket (sent the week prior to the game).
  • Additional communications regarding entry gates will be sent out prior to the game

NSW GOVERNMENT HEALTH RESTRICTIONS

  • Venue capacity is in line with current NSW Public Health Guidelines, should these change and reduce, tickets will be cancelled and refunded in reverse order of purchase.
  • It is a condition of entry that all persons adhere to conditions and restrictions under the current NSW Health Order.  Failure to comply may result in the exclusion or removal of patrons from the venue.

  • Parking and transport options will be communicated prior to the game

PURCHASING TICKETS

  • Due to the expected high demand for tickets, it is recommended that you pre-purchase your tickets through 123 Tix.
  • Tickets may be available to purchase on game day at the Box Office if not sold out prior.
  • Ticket prices on game day will vary.
  • Pass outs will not be available.

TICKET DELIVERY INFORMATION

All tickets for South Sydney Rabbitohs V Canberra Raiders, whether purchased online, via phone, will commence delivery on 16 May 2022

FOOD AND BEVERAGE FACILITIES

  • There will be a number of food and beverage outlets open during the event including the sale of alcohol.
  • Strictly no glass, alcohol or cans to be taken into the venue.
  • Bottles of water are permitted, however, it must be sealed and unopened.

STADIUM

  • Only ticket holders of the grandstand are permitted in the grandstand.

CASHLESS VENUE

  • Full bar facilities and food available all day. EFTPOS will be available. 
  • There are no ATM facilities at Apex Oval.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Conditions of Entry for this event are as per the NRL Event Terms and Conditions. Please see below event conditions to the ground and cooperate with any requests from security.

  • No alcohol, soft drinks, glass or cans permitted.
  • Bottled water must be sealed.
  • Eskies and large cooler bags are not permitted.
  • Apex Oval and surrounds is a non-smoking area. This includes electronic cigarettes personal vaporisers, electronic nicotine delivery systems, or other battery-powered vaporisers.
  • NRL conditions of entry apply including right to remove any person or persons that contravene conditions of entry.
  • No pets other than assistance animals who have undertaken a Public Access Test (PAT).
  • All bags will be checked as a condition of entry.
  • No pass outs permitted.
  • Commercially prepared food not permitted.
  • No umbrellas permitted.
  • Picnic rugs and chairs are permitted to be brought into the GA section of Apex Oval.

Security will be in place to enforce these rules and conduct bag checks.

The residential areas surrounding Apex Oval is an alcohol-free zone. Any person found consuming alcohol in the area may be liable to prosecution and confiscation of the alcohol. See Dubbo Regional Council Website for further information.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone engaging in anti-social behaviour including, but not limited to, intoxication, abusive language, racial or threatening remarks.

Grandstand (including VIP and Marquee events) and accessibility zone: only ticket holders are permitted and ticket holders will be identified via a wrist band.

Please note Conditions of Entry are subject to change in accordance with Government Health Orders.

HEALTH DECLARATION

By attending Apex Oval, you acknowledge that you will conduct yourself in accordance with the event's COVID-19 Safety measure. By playing your part, you help ensure an enjoyable, comfortable and safe experience at the Stadium.

  • Maintain physical distancing of 1.5m with people outside your immediate booking group particularly while queuing and moving through common areas.
  • Practice high-level hand-hygiene using the sanitiser stations installed in the venue
  • Stay home if you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of COVID-19
  • You are not permitted to attend the game if you have been instructed to stay home and/or self-isolate by NSW Health. The latest information on reasons to stay home and/or self-isolate can be found here

As a further precaution, we also encourage the download and use of the Australian Government COVID app.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  • Unless required to by law NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE will be given except for in the unlikely circumstances of cancellation of the event by the organiser. Refund liability is limited to the total amount of the Ticket purchase (including any fees or charges). The seller is not liable for expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation. 
  • South Sydney Rabbitohs reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to an event, for any circumstances beyond the South Sydney Rabbitohs Football Club’s reasonable control. This includes the cancellation of an event itself. South Sydney Rabbitohs maximum liability is limited to a full refund of the ticket price. South Sydney Rabbitohs accepts no additional liability for travel, accommodation or any other additional costs incurred.
