    The award-winning Moama Lights event makes a dazzling return in July 2022.

    Set to once again illuminate Horseshoe Lagoon, Moama Lights is an immersive sound and light trail sharing stories from across the region through the state of the art installations, projections and cutting edge moving light technology.

    The 2022 event is set to be bigger and better than ever with an enticing new show, brand new stories and a new backdrop along the upgraded footbridges at Horseshoe Lagoon.

    Terms & Conditions


    The event ticket is sold by Murray River Council (the organisers). This ticket is sold subject to these terms and conditions. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be purchased from the organiser’s authorised ticketing agency 123 Tix.

    The purchaser must ensure that the name on each ticket is correct as proof of identity may be required at entry.

    You are responsible for checking all event information and ensuring you have purchased the correct tickets for the event. No refunds will be processed if you make an error in relation to your ticket purchase.

    Dine & Discover NSW Vouchers

    Moama Lights will be accepting NSW Dine & Discover Vouchers to encourage the community to get out and about and support dining, arts, and recreation businesses.

    NSW residents aged 18 and over can apply for 4 x $25 vouchers, worth $100 in total.

    • 2 x $25 Discover NSW Vouchers to be used for entertainment and recreation, including cultural institutions, live music, and arts venues. Moama Lights tickets purchased prior to 30 June can be redeemed using a Discover NSW voucher.
    • 2 x $25 Dine NSW Voucher to be used for dinning in at restaurants, cafes, bars, wineries, pubs, and clubs or for takeaway meals. Dine NSW Vouchers cannot be redeemed for Moama Lights Tickets

    The vouchers:

    • Can be used 7 days a week, including public holidays.
    • Can be used at participating NSW Businesses that are registered as COVID Safe.
    • Are valid on all tickets purchased before 30 June 2022.
    • Each voucher can only be used once (where the order total is less than $25, the remaining balance will be forfeited).
    • A customer cannot redeem more than one voucher at the same registered business on the same day.
    • Once the voucher has been redeemed there is strictly no refund or exchange unless required by law.
    • Vouchers can be used on public holidays.
    • Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, vouchers, or gift cards.
    • If the event is cancelled, tickets purchased with vouchers are non-refundable.


    Moama Lights (the event) will not be cancelled due to adverse weather except on the advice of emergency services in extreme conditions.


    Refund and Cancellation Policy

    Except where required by law, there will be no refund of any Event Ticket or for any unused portion of any Event Ticket.

    This includes but is not limited to where there has been a variation to the event, if you are refused entry to or evicted from the Event Site or VIP Areas by the Organiser or Event Staff in accordance with the Event Terms, if you fail to attend the Event, if you arrive after the commencement of the performance, if you leave the Event Site prior to the conclusion of the performance, or if you purchase the incorrect type of Event Ticket.

    If the Event is cancelled (in whole or in part) by the Organiser as a result of any act of God; extreme weather; bushfires; war; council or governmental rulings or decisions; actions or decisions of the police or other authorities or for any reason outside of the control of the Organisers reasonable control, refunds shall be in the Organisers sole and absolute discretion.

    If the Event is cancelled due to COVID 19 a refund less booking fee will be provided. If the Event is postponed to another date, the option will be given to transfer tickets to the new date.



    We will continue to monitor the situation and make any adjustments to the event as required.

    If you cannot attend the event on your ticketed date due to COVID-19, you will have the option to transfer your ticket to another date by contacting 123 Tix on 1300 001 238.

    Moama Lights will operate under the current guidelines/rules in place set by NSW Government Health or the Federal Government, as applicable.

    The event will take place in line with approved COVID-19 safety plan.

    Please stay at home if you are unwell, have a cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue, shortness of breath or any other flu-like symptoms.

    Be COVID Safe – Practice good hygiene. We’ll have plenty of hand sanitiser at the event and we encourage you to use it.
