Introducing Cultivate at Lazy River - an inspired dining experience, hosted once a week in the Lazy River Estate dining room, overlooking the Estate’s vines and manicured grounds.
Executive Chef, Brad Myers, will design and deliver a seasonal degustation set menu that will change each month, providing diners with classic food with a contemporary twist.

Thursday evenings, 5.30pm-10pm
Choose from two set seating times: 6pm or 7.30pm
Course one End of Spring Lazy River garden vegetables, Goats cheese, lavosh Crisp (V)
Course two: Australian tiger prawn, green apple, potato nest, caviar & elderflower (GF)
Course three: Sous vide chicken breast, corn emulsion, king brown mushroom, chicken jus (GF)
Course four: Rib eye & spinalis, crispy potato skin, chive mayonaise, onion textures
Course five: Raspberry delice, white chocolate & almond
$95 per person
$140 per person including a matched wine flight
- Bookings are essential – we cannot guarantee you a spot otherwise. A $50pp deposit is required at the time of booking and this will be credited to your final bill on the night.
- We offer two dinner sittings - 6pm and 7.30pm. Due to the nature of the menu, it’s important you are on time. The early sitting can stay until our 10pm close if you like.
- Cultivate at Lazy River Estate opens at 5.30pm for pre-dinner drinks.
- This is a special degustation set menu. No alternative menu or children’s menu is available.
- Wine flight of matching wines is available for purchase on the night at $45pp.
- If you’d rather choose your own wine, full bar facilities are available and billed on consumption. No BYO.
- Dietary requirements need to be advised at least 48 hours in advance. Please add a note to your booking, email manager@lazyriverestate.com.au or phone 6882 2111.
- We need 48 hours’ notice if you can’t make it. To cancel your reservation, send us an email to manager@lazyriverestate.com.au or phone us on 6882 2111.
- If we receive your cancellation in time, we can process a full refund. Cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance will be offered the chance to move to another date
