ABOUT THE EVENT
Returning bigger and better than ever before, the Stock Route Music Festival returns to Lazy River Estate in 2024 for its third year.
Joining forces with the very best talent touring the music circuit - their stock route – get your boots on for a jam-packed day of country fun!

VIP EXPERIENCE - Choose a VIP ticket to enjoy our Stock Route VIP experience including:
- Exclusive access to our Function Centre and Deck including our exclusive bar, toilet and air conditioning facilities.
- All day grazing including antipasto/cheese selection, assorted canapes and walk and fork (a selection of mini mains served in small bowls and noodles boxes)
- $40 worth of drink vouchers to enjoy during the Festival
BUSES
- A local bus service is available to and from the festival, please purchase your return bus ticket through our ticket provider 123TIX.

SEATING
- General Admission tickets allow you access to our general admission area (on the lawns in front of the stage). Please bring a camp chair, rug etc for seating.
- VIP Experience tickets allow you access to our general admission area, as well as our VIP area (Function Centre and Deck). While some seating is provided in the VIP area, please feel free to also bring along a camp chair.
CAMPING
Camping Site - Small
Site allows for tents/swags only and parking for 1 x car. Limit of 4 x adults per site.
Camping Site - Large
Site allows for 1 x campervan/caravan, with 1 x car attached. Limit of 4 x adults per site.

Check out: by 10am on 21/4/24
Site facilities include toilets, main area lighting and drinking water tap. No power or other amenities are included or available.
Campers, please note:
• Purchase of a camp site ticket does not allow you access to Stock Route Music Festival, attendees must still purchase a festival ticket for entry. Camping sites are limited to people attend Stock Route Music Festival – all campers must have a festival entry ticket.
• Camp ground entry gates will be locked when festival gates open at 1.30pm and will remain locked until 6am on 21/4/24. Strictly no vehicle movement once the festival has begun.
• Campers will be able to enter the Festival through the festival entry gates (adjacent to the camp grounds - 50m walk), however there will be no passouts during the Festival.

- All attendees must have a valid ticket purchased via 123 Tix
- All prepurchased tickets will be scanned, a clearly printed ticket displaying the QR code or available on a smartphone device. Each patron is to have their own ticket ready on entering the venue. Online booking fees and charges may apply.
- Listed prices are on a per-person basis.
- Unless required to by law NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE will be given except for in the unlikely circumstances of cancellation of the event by the organiser. Refund liability is limited to the total amount of the Ticket purchase (including any fees or charges). The seller is not liable for expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation.
- If the event is cancelled due to border closure, escalating covid 19 circumstances or unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be via email and refunds will be issued by 123 Tix
- Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, duplicated, or defaced in any way or are not purchased from directly from 123 Tix
- All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible parent/guardian.
- No alcohol, soft drinks, glass or cans permitted.
- Bottled water must be sealed.
- Eskies and large cooler bags are not permitted.
- Baby food only is permitted and sealed bottle water.
- Smoking only permitted in designated areas.
- Lazy River Estate apply including right to remove any person or persons that contravene conditions of entry.
- No pets other than assistance animals who have undertaken a Public Access Test (PAT).
- All bags will be checked as a condition of entry.
- No pass outs permitted.
- No umbrellas permitted.
- Picnic rugs and camp chairs are permitted for General Admissions. No seating will be provided.
- Security will be in place to enforce these rules and conduct bag checks.
- Residential areas surrounding Lazy River Estate is an alcohol-free zone. Any person found consuming alcohol may be liable to prosecution and confiscation of the alcohol.
- Management and security reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone engaging in anti-social behaviour including, but not limited to, intoxication, abusive language, racial or threatening remarks.
- VIP: only ticket holders are permitted in this area and ticket holders will be identified via a wrist band, provided on the day.
- Please note Conditions of Entry are subject to change in accordance with Government Health Orders.

HEALTH DECLARATION
By attending Lazy River Estate, you acknowledge that you will conduct yourself in accordance with the event's COVID-19 Safety measure. By playing your part, you help ensure an enjoyable, comfortable and safe experience on the grounds.
- Maintain physical distancing of 1.5m with people outside your immediate booking group particularly while queuing and moving through common areas.
- Practice high-level hand-hygiene using the sanitiser stations installed in the venue
- Stay home if you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of COVID-19
- You are not permitted to attend the festival if you have been instructed to stay home and/or self-isolate by NSW Health
