1) Ticket payments: In order to confirm any event ticket booking, payment must be made for all tickets at the time of booking

2) Refunds: No refunds will be available five (5) business days prior the event due to venue catering commitments and guest numbers being submitted. For refund enquiries please contact us at Info@lithgowshow.org.au

3) Tickets and seating - You are required to bring your ticket, however your name must be the name registered for attendance. Entry to the event is by ‘Name as Entered’ when purchasing your ticket and this will be the name used on table plans. Corporate tables and table bookings will be seated together as booked. Ticket bookings in smaller groups, couples or singles will be placed by the event organiser. We will do our best to accommodate seating and table preferences. However, you are required to sit on your allocated table as per the table plan.

4) What not to bring: No dangerous or hazardous items will be permitted at the venue. No food, beverages (including alcohol) or illegal substances may be brought into the venue. Only food and drink purchased at the venue may be consumed. We reserve to right to refuse entry to, or ask the Ticket Holder to leave venue, if they are found to be carrying any of the aforementioned items. 5) Dietary Requirements: All guests must provide any special dietary requirement at the time of booking. The event organiser will not be able to accommodate any changes to dietary requirements less than five

(5) business days prior to the event. No special requests can be accepted past this time. 6) Photography: There will be photographers at the event who will take location shots and photos of guests. As a ticket holder you agree to consent to being photographed and/or filmed at the event. You consent to any photographs and/or videos of you being used by Lithgow Show Society / Lithgow Show Young Women for promotional purposes.
