    Event Information

    Moama Lights, the acclaimed light and sound trail, will be operating from 5 July to 28 July 2024 on select dates. Mark your calendars for its anticipated return in July 2024. Get ready to experience the magic of Moama Lights as it illuminates the beautiful Horseshoe Lagoon bush reserve in Moama.

    When booking your tickets, please select a specific timeslot for entry (with half-hourly options available starting from 6pm). Make sure to arrive a few minutes before your designated timeslot for a seamless experience.

    Ticket Prices:

    • Adult: $22
    • Children (Ages 3 - 16): $11
    • Family (2 Adults & 2 Children): $55

    Children under 3 years old can attend for free; kindly indicate the number of children under 3 accompanying you.

    Event Ticket Refund Policy:

    Please read and understand the following terms and conditions before purchasing your event ticket.

    Tickets are non-refundable and must be obtained from the authorised ticketing agency, 123 Tix. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have selected the correct tickets for the event and have reviewed all relevant event information. No refunds will be granted in the event of any errors made during the ticket purchase process.

    Changes to ticket dates and/or session times can be made up until 30 June 2024, by contacting 123 Tix (on ph: 1300 001 238). There will be an additional booking fee for change of date and/or session. From 1 July 2024, there will be no changes to ticket dates and/or session times permitted, under any circumstances. 

    General Information:
    In the case of adverse weather conditions, the Moama Lights event will not be cancelled unless instructed to do so by the emergency services in extreme circumstances.

    Refund and Cancellation Policy:
    Unless required by law, no refunds will be given for any Event Ticket or any portion of an unused Event Ticket. This includes instances where there have been changes to the event, denial of entry or eviction from the event site or VIP areas as per event terms, failure to attend the event, arrival after the performance has commenced, departure from the event site before the performance concludes, or purchasing the incorrect type of Event Ticket.

    In the event that the Organiser cancels the Event (either wholly or partially) due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, such as acts of God, extreme weather, bushfires, war, council or government rulings or decisions, actions or decisions of the police or other authorities, refunds will be at the sole discretion of the Organiser.

    If the Event is postponed to a later date, ticket holders will have the option to transfer their tickets
    to the new date.
