Frost and Fire

EVENT INFORMATION:

• Free shuttle buses to and from the event – including accessible (DDA Compliant) bus and buses from Bedgerabong.

TICKETING: 

A valid ticket must be presented to gain entry into the event. Tickets will be scanned on entry – have them printed or available on your smart phone. 

Strictly NO BYO food or alcohol permitted to be brought into the event site. Bags will be subject to inspection. 

No pets allowed on site during the event. 

There will be no ATM facilities available onsite. Stalls will be taking a mixture of cash and card so best to come prepared for both.  

SECURITY AND ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY:

Frost and Fire is supervised by a team of security professionals for your safety and enjoyment. 

Frost and Fire operates a Zero Tolerance policy to the sale of alcohol to under 18 years, the consumption of alcohol by patrons under 18 years, the use of recreational drugs to include (but not intended to be exhaustive) cannabis, stimulants and Nitrous Oxide canisters. 

We reserve the right to have bags and other items be inspected by security staff. Persons who refuse bag searches WILL be denied entry or evicted from Frost and Fire without any refund. 

GETTING TO AND FROM THE EVENT: 

Parking is limited to the designated area. Parking must be booked and paid for, and entry to the carpark will only be permitted with a valid ticket. Roadside parking is not permitted for safety reasons. Guests arriving at the event on foot are to use the walking path provided. 

Pick up and drop off location is via entry through the main gate (signposted). Guests being dropped off and picked up by car/taxi are to use the main entry gate (where the buses will also be entering). 

For safety reasons, guests should not be dropped off on the side of the road outside the event area. 

Accessible parking is available, however limited. Entry is via the main gate – see event staff and signage for further directions. Parking must be booked and paid for, and entry to the accessible carpark will only be permitted to valid ticket holders that have a disability parking permit displayed. 

FREE shuttle services will be operating from Forbes Town Hall, Apex Caravan Park and Renfree Street carpark to the event and return, throughout the evening. Tickets are not essential, but preferred for numbers. 

FREE accessible bus (DDA Compliant) will be operating from Forbes Town Hall, Apex Caravan Park and Renfree Street carpark to the event and return at 4pm, 7pm and 10pm. Tickets are not essential, but preferred for numbers. 

FREE bus will be operating from Bedgerabong, departing at XXpm to arrive at the event at XX. This bus will return to Bedgerabong at the end of the event, departing at xx.

Council collects personal information in order to provide services and information to customers.
