Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Event Information


  • Payment must be made at the time of online application for your application to be considered
  • Any applications after close date will be at the discretion of the DREAM Festival Committee


  • All stalls will be 3m x 3m
  • Your site fee covers the 3m x 3m space for your stall and no additional space beside, behind or in-front of your stall. If you require additional space please book additional space
  • All stalls to be set up by 3.30pm at the latest and are not to pack up or dissemble until the event close at 10.00pm


  • Food stall holders are encouraged to provide food and beverages that showcase their business and talents
  • Feel free to dress up your marquee with lights to match the festival theme
  • Stall holders are responsible for supplying their own power, furniture, and all other items required for customer service
  • Stallholders are responsible for disposing of rubbish at the conclusion of the event.
  • Set up is to be completed by 3pm


  • Standard stallholders will be allocated 1 power outlet (if required)
    • Stall holders who have indicated that they require power
    • Stall holders must provide own extension cords
    • All electrical cords MUST be tested & tagged
  • Food and Beverage stall holders - No power will be provided

    • In an effort to maintain site fees, the committee has made the decision to not supply power to food and beverage sites.
    • This will allow stallholders to manage their own power needs and will ensure that no stallholders are subsidising power use of other sites.

  • There will be limited seating available for people to sit down and eat their meal. Patrons will be encouraged to bring picnic blankets


  • There will be limited lighting available. Stallholders are to bring additional solo lighting for your marquee as required. There are some great re-rechargeable power options at hardware stalls that we recommend.


  • Inspections will occur on the day by the event coordinator


  • Water will be available at the information tent; however stall holders are encouraged to bring water required for service needs
  • All stall holders serving food are required to have a bucket of water inside their marquee


  • In the event of a wet weather event, please see our website for any changes to the location (given the large amount of set up required; it is unlikely to be re-located. Check on the day, if raining, to see if contingency plan has been implemented. In the event of relocation or cancellation no refunds will be provided for stall holder bookings.


  • Toilet facilities are the public toilets in park (regular cleaning times have been booked in). Additional portable toilets will also be available
  • Stallholder must take away your own rubbish at the conclusion of the markets
  • No alcohol is allowed in the park except in the designated area which will be manned by security


  • First aid, fire extinguisher and free drinking water at information tent area
  • Please wear enclosed shoes, long trousers and safety wear (if applicable)

Terms & Conditions


  • Cancellation on or prior 31 July 2019 (100% refund; excluding booking fee)
  • Cancellation on or prior 21 September 2019 (50% refund; excluding booking fee)
  • Cancellation after 1 October 2019 (no refund)


  • Whilst the organisers will do their best to locate your site per any specific instructions; no guarantees are given
  • Site locations are subject to change
