Trundle ABBA 2024 Festival Transport - Western Road Liners Bus

Please note the event organiser reserves the right to alter the designated pick-up time or cancel a bus service if it does not meet minimum numbers. In the case of this occuring, passengers will be contacted to transfer thier booking or receive a refund. Western Road Liners and Parkes Shire Council will not be liable for any costs incurred by passengers due to an alteration in timings.

Please be advised that attendees at Trundle ABBA Festival may be photographed by official photographers. These photos may be used for future marketing and promotional activities. 

Ticket holds will also be emailed a post-Festival evaluation survey.

COVID-19 Information 

By purchasing tickets to this event you acknowledge; 

1) That the event may be scheduled to be held, or will be held, during a time at which one or more Government direction of regulation may be in force regarding hte number of persons attending an event (or the holding of the event itself). 

The organisers and its ticket holders must adhere to the public health orders at the time of the event. Current health order can be viewed via

This legisation may change between the purchasing date and the event date, hence the organiser may be required to: 

1. Cancel or postpone the event; and/or

2. Reduce the number the persons who may attend the event 

in which case you may recieve a refund (minus the booking fees) in accordance with the 123TIX refund procedures. All refund requests are required to be made prior to the event. 

Should the event be required to reduce the number of persons who may attend the event, the allocation of tickets wil be made available to the purchaser in date order of purchase, from earliest to most recent. 

2) in the event of a madated requirement to self-isolate and/or mandated border closures due to COVID-19, ticket holders may request a refund (minus bookings fees), exchange, or credit if: 

a) Proof of mandatory isolation is provided or reasonable evidence proving restriction to travel due to Government order is provided. 

b) Requests are made wthin 72 hours of the mandated requirements or closures, or prior to the event. 

3) if you no longer wish to attent an event due to coners about COVID-10, but no public health or travel restrictions apply, this would be treated as a 'change of mind' and refunds are not permitted. 

4) that you agree to comply with all Government directions, orders and regulations relevant to attending live events, which may be in place at the time of the event. 

5) if you are attending the event as part of a group, as the primary ticket purcahse, you are responsible for knowing the contact details of all attendees in your group. In the event you are contacted directly by the Government, including the Department of Health for the purposes of contact tracing, you must: (a) make the contact details fo your group available to the Government (if you have the consent of each group member to do so; or (b) contact each member of your group, and request that they provide their contact details to the Government directly. 

6) all attendees in your group, including yourself, are committed to the following current advice to assist to minimise the spread of COVID-19. If at the time of the event, either yo, or any other members of your group are feeling unweel or are subject to a self-quarantine or self-isolation period, you agree not to attent the event. 

7) if you attend the event, you agree to assume all risk assosciated with COVID-10. 

8) that you are not entitiled to any travel or accommodation compensation should the Trundle ABBA Festival be cancelled.
