Event Information
Learn authentic 1950's Rock n Roll & Swing Dance lessons for the social dance floor. Adult classes & workshops for never danced before absolute Beginners to Elementry.
AIR-CONDITIONED VENUE - Large timber floor, plenty of space, no spectators.
Duration and cost: All workshops 60 minutes, $23 p/p plus booking fee.
Location: Holy Family School Hall, enter via Albert st -opposite Spicer Caravan Park. Take the shuttle bus to Spicer Caravan Park.
About this Event
Level 1 Absolute Beginners Rock n Roll Partner Dance for Adults
Start this workshop on any day, you will learn the foundation basics and some easy rock n roll dance moves. After completing this class you will be ready to move onto level 2 Beginners on the same day or following days.
This class is designed for people that have never danced before, even those that think they have multiple left feet. This is a partner dance workshop, Dance with your own partner or partner up at the workshop. Air-Conditioned venue, lots of space, timber floor. Please wear flat shoes.
Arrive at least 10 mins ealry.
After this class you are ready for Level 2 beginners on the same day or following days.

About Sharee
Sharee has danced professionally in music theatre, a teacher of dance for over 30 years, originally a classical ballet teacher, transitioned to include teaching LA style Salsa, Urban Bachata, Rock n roll, Lindy Hop (Swing dance).
Sharee enjoys teaching the everyday person to social dance and takes pride in seeing the transition from people not being able to dance to rock'n on the dance floor. Sharee creates a fun and easy to understand environment to learn to dance.
