PAYMENT OPTIONS & REFUNDS
No booking will be taken without payment. Payment can be made in the form of credit card and must be received before tickets can be confirmed. Tickets can be purchased at the event pending availability however it is recommended tickets are pre purchased to avoid disappointment.

Venue capacity is in line with current NSW Public Health Guidelines, should these change, tickets will be cancelled and refunded in reverse order of purchase. By playing your part, you help ensure an enjoyable, comfortable and safe experience.

Terms & Conditions
The following entry terms and conditions apply to all persons who purchase or receive tickets to the Bathurst NRL game to be played at Carrington Park, Saturday 24 May 2025. Please read them carefully prior to attending our event.
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable as required by law.
- The Bathurst NRL game is a fully licensed event. No BYO alcohol is permitted.
- Anyone found supplying alcohol to a minor will be evicted from the event and may face criminal charges. Any minor found consuming or in possession of alcohol will face similar action.
- Certain foods can be brought into the venue. Please see full event Terms & Conditions for details.
- No glass is to be brought into the venue.
- No pets or animals are to be brought into the venue. Assistant animals are accepted.
- Patrons aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. No children under the age of 18 are permitted into the Corporate Hospitality area.
- A child is defined as any person aged from 5 to 15 years.
- A family pass only qualifies as either two adults and two children or one adult and three children.
- Only Australian Government Concession cards are accepted as a concession ticket.
- Bathurst NRL reserves the right to eject any person/s who is intoxicated and/or causing a disturbance to other patrons, such person/s will not be entitled to a refund or exchange of tickets.
- The right of admission is reserved.
- Entry is at your own risk. The Promoter (Bathurst Regional Council) accepts no responsibility for any injuries, losses or damage sustained in or around the venue.
- Ticket holders consent to filming, photography and sound recording as members of the audience.
- Bathurst NRL reserves the right to conduct random bag searches at the point of entry. Any ticketholder who refuses to allow a bag search may not be permitted entry to the ground.
- Should this ticket be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain, the ticket will become void and the holder may be refused entry or be evicted from the venue.
- If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased. We will refund the ticket value to the original payment method, however, the booking fees and card fees are non-refundable. Please note that this policy applies only to cancellations or rescheduled events initiated by the event organiser Bathurst Regional Council or Penrith Panthers. If the cancellation is due to a government ban on attendance, the refund policy may vary. Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law)/ neither Bathurst Regional Council nor the seller will be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including travel and accommodation expenses.
- Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
- Conditions of entry are as per the NRL Event Terms and Conditions. Please see below event conditions to the ground. Please note Conditions of Entry are subject to change in accordance with Government Health Orders.
- By purchasing or accepting tickets to the Event, Ticket Holders give Bathurst Regional Council, Penrith Panthers and affiliates permission to contact them to receive information and offers directly in the future. If Ticket Holders do not wish to be contacted, they must unsubscribe via the link in the email. These parties will use your personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies and it is your responsibility to read and agree to such privacy policies.

Refund policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled by the organisers, where required by law.
