Celebrating it’s 35th year, International Dairy Week will be held on Saturday 18 - Thursday 23 January 2025 at Tatura Park, in the heart of Tatura - The Epitome of dairy excellence.

International Dairy Week (IDW) is the largest annual dairy conference and sale in the Southern Hemisphere and is nationally and internationally recognised as being amongst the top five cattle shows in the world. It is indisputably the most prestigious event in the Australian dairy industry, showcasing the best quality dairy cattle to over 4,500 visitors from every state in Australia and over 20 countries internationally. The iconic event showcases the best from Australia’s dairy breeds including Holstein, Jersey, Illawarra, Brown Swiss, Ayrshire and Guernsey.

We will provide opportunities to showcase the latest developments in dairy farming practice, breeding, genetics, machinery, equipment, technology and services, environmental issues, seminars, livestock marketing, property tours and promotion of dairy food products. An important base from which to network, IDW aims to be the place to be for all operating within the dairy industry. From producers to consumers - All are welcome to attend IDW.

International Dairy Week (IDW) Organiser Terms and Conditions of Sale

General Policy

  • All ticket sales for International Dairy Week (IDW) are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  • By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy, which applies to all events, seminars, workshops, and related activities during IDW.
  • Tickets purchased for IDW, including but not limited to entry to National Breed Shows, workshops, seminars, tours, and entertainment events, are non-refundable. This includes cancellations due to change of mind or personal circumstances.
  • IDW reserves the right to modify the program or change event details without providing a refund, except as required by law
  • In the event that IDW is cancelled or postponed by the organiser due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be notified via email and a refund or transfer option may be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
  • If a specific event or seminar within IDW is cancelled, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the organiser.
  • IDW is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond the organiser’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other events deemed force majeure. In such cases, no refunds will be issued unless required by law.
  • Tickets are transferable to another individual. However, the organiser must be notified of the ticket transfer at least 24 hours prior to the event.
  • The organiser reserves the right to deny admission to any transferred ticket holders if proper notification has not been given.
  • IDW reserves the right to change event details, including speakers, workshops, venue access, or timing. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
  • Any substantial changes to the event schedule will be communicated to ticket holders.
  • In circumstances where Australian Consumer Law or any other relevant legislation requires a refund, IDW will comply with all legal obligations.
  • Ticket holders may be entitled to a refund in cases where the event is significantly altered or not delivered as advertised, in line with applicable laws.
