Don't miss the 44th running of the famous Wellington Boot.
Come join the crowd for the races, fashions of the field, live music and much much more all situated at the picturesque Wellington Race Track.
The Boot Carnival is run over two days the first being the Iron Horse run on Friday 28th of March culminating on Sunday 30th of March with the running of the world famous Wellington Boot.
The Wellington Boot VIP President’s Lunch will keep you close to the action on Wellington’s biggest day of the year! Elevate your day and enjoy a sumptuous lunch provided by one of the Central West’s most renowned caterers, Edwena Mitchell Catering. Your ticket to the VIP President’s Lunch includes:
- Entry to Racetrack
- Complimentary Race Book
- Reserved Seating out of the heat within the historic Tea Room Gardens
- Front-row seats to racing and access to trackside lawn and entertainment

Terms & Conditions
Ticketing Terms and Conditions:
- All prepurchased tickets will be scanned, a clearly printed ticket displaying the QR code or available on a smart device. Each patron is to have their own ticket ready on entering the venue. Online booking fees and charges may apply.
- Listed prices are on a per person basis.
- Refunds and/or exchanges are not available "Unless required by Law"
- If the event is cancelled due to adverse weather, ticket holders will be notified in writing and refunds will be issued by 123 Tix.
- Members will be able to redeem gate entry for the member and one guest from the Race Club office on the day.
- Entry may be refused if tickets are not purchased from an authorised seller.
- Food and drink packages non-transferrable.
Conditions of entry:
- This is an all ages Event.
- ID may be required.
- All patrons enter and use the complex at their own risk including the risk of any injury, death, theft, loss or damage.
- Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible Guardian over the age of 21.
- Tickets must be retained at all times and you should only hold the ticket in your name.
- You must not obstruct the entry or exit point.
- You must follow signs and instructions at all times.
- We are a fully licenced venue - No alcohol is to be brought onsite.
Refund policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled by the organisers, where required by law.
