Event Information
Narrabri Show attracts a wide range of competitors and brings the community together for action packed excitement and pleasure.
Enjoy live entertainment and bar facilities on both the Friday and Saturday nights. If you prefer to relax a little, then feel free to wander the Pavilions at your leisure and enjoy the wonderful talent that Narrabri Community has.
Whether it’s Horse Events, Rides,Youngt Women, Pavilion Entries or Livestock, there’s something for everyone at the Narrabri Show!
Exhibitors' and competitors’ cars must park in designated parking areas. Any car stands around the ring are reserved for mobility-impaired patrons and must be reserved before the Show at the office to enable access arrangements.
Cars parked outside of designated parking areas and/or within pedestrian areas of the showgrounds may be towed at the owner’s expense.
No responsibility will be taken for damage to vehicles or vehicle content.
Stable/s and camping to be booked online via www.nominate.com.au
- Horse Stable $10 each for show
- Camping $15 per night
Terms & Conditions
No person under disqualification recognised by the Society may exhibit or compete.
Waiver must be signed by all entrants in all livestock related competitions and any other risk competitions.
IMPORTANT: Competitors by entering, agree to abide by any decision of the Committee in regard to entries and agree to compete/exhibit at their own risk. To indemnify and keep indemnified the Narrabri Show Society Inc. (the ‘Society’), its Committee and its Members against all claims, suits, actions or demands which may be brought against it in respect of any injuries or other loss sustained by such competitor or exhibitor or otherwise in the course of competing/exhibiting in any event or class. Agree to exonerate the Society, its Committee and its Members from all responsibility and from all loss or injury, whether from alleged negligence or otherwise.
Permission is assumed to photograph any exhibit or entry for publicity purposes of the Narrabri Show Society. Photographic reproductions may be used by the Society in printed or electronic form. You need to be aware that your photograph, or a photograph of your entry or exhibit, may be used in these situations unless you ask for it not to be. If there are circumstances where you do not want a photograph of your entry used, or if you are giving permission for a photograph of your entry to be used for one purpose only, you need to advise the Society in writing. Entrants waive all rights to fees, royalties or any other commission or compensation for now or in the future relating to photographs.
BANNED ITEMS:
- Drug-related goods (including cocaine kits, bongs etc.);
- Explicit and hardcore t-shirts, DVDs or videos
- Fake cigarettes;
- Fireworks - crackers;
- Fuel-type fire lighters (zippo);
- Horns and trumpets;
- Iridescent hair spray;
- Knives (including pen knives);
- Fire wallets;
- Electric hands;
- Laser pointers, laser toys and laser pen lights;
- Metal and wooden martial art nunchakus;
- Playing cards (nude or lurid);
- Pressure pack snow, silly string or fart gas;
- Stink bombs, bomb bags and water bombs;
- Bouncing beans;
- Samurai, English and Fencing swords are to be sold in sealed packages by licensed traders ONLY.
- Toy guns are acceptable; however, the following are NOT:
- (ball bearing guns, eight shot caps, pellet guns, pop downs (throw downs), potato guns, replica guns (bullet type), gel blaster guns, roll caps, strip caps and water pistols over 150mm).
Refund policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled by the organisers, where required by law.
