@ the Monterey Café and Plaza Theatre in the Main Street

  • Gates open: 6:00 PM
  • Last drinks: 11:30 PM
  • The southern end of the Main Street will be transformed into our fully secured event space.  The ticket allows entry into this space for you to have access all night into the Monterey, the Theatre and bars and street food trucks.  The bands will be playing outside the Monterey and inside the Theatre.  Drinks and food can be purchased from our vendors.

Terms & Conditions
  1. All attendees must have a valid ticket purchased via 123 Tix.  No tickets will be available at the gate. 
  2. All prepurchased tickets will be scanned, you will need a clearly printed ticket displaying the QR code or a digital ticket on your smartphone. Online booking fees and charges apply.
  3. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be notified via email and refunds will be issued by 123 Tix.
  4. This is an Over 18 years old DRUG FREE event – No Photo ID no entry.  Responsible Service of Alcohol laws will be strictly adhered to.
  5. All bags will be checked as a condition of entry. NO BYO alcohol, food, soft drinks, water bottles or glass permitted.
  6. Eskies and large cooler bags are not permitted.
  7. No chairs, seating will be available.
  8. Smoking and vaping only permitted in designated areas on the street.
  9. Coonamble Show Society reserves the right to remove or refuse entry to any person or persons that contravene conditions of entry. Security will be in place to enforce these conditions.  Coonamble Show Society holds no reponsibility for the loss or damage of property or persons before, during or after the event. 
  10. Management and security reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone engaging in anti-social behaviour including, but not limited to, intoxication, abusive language, racial or threatening remarks.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled by the organisers, where required by law.
