Event Information
Multiple ARIA Award winner Kim Moyes is half of iconic Australian dance music duo The Presets plus a whole lot more.
Working on his own under the moniker K.I.M, he has produced and co-written with DMA’s, Connie Mitchell, DZ Deathrays, Golden Features, Moody Beach, Keli Holiday, Perfect Moment, Slum Sociable, Mazy, The Australian Chamber Orchestra, Northeast Party House, Jack Ladder & The Dreamlanders, Digitalism and Kirin J. Callinan amongst many others.
2021 has also seen K.I.M compose an exciting and original electro-cinematic musical score for “Phenomena” - an experimental documentary project that explores naturally occurring patterns, and the forces of nature that create them.
He has also created acclaimed remixes for a wide range of artists including Tove Lo, Kings Of Leon, Cassius, Tiga, Ajax, Flash & The Pan, Bag Raiders, Rinse and Midnight Juggernauts.
K.I.M has toured his renowned DJ sets locally and internationally for the last 15 years and released several solo EPs via Modular Recordings, Motorik! Records, Unknown Records, Rallye-Klee Records (Japan) & Bang Gang 12 Inches. In 2018 he launched "Here To Hell", a new record label for emerging Electronic artists that Kim runs with veteran Melbourne DJ and Zero Percent partner Mike Callander.
His work with The Presets includes co-writing and co-producing all of the band’s work and performing live behind his drum kit at some of the world’s biggest music festivals.

Event Entry Requirements
- Age Restriction: This is an 18+ event. Entry is strictly limited to patrons aged 18 years or older.
- Identification: A valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s licence, passport, or proof of age card) is required for entry. No exceptions will be made.
- Refusal of Entry: Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person:
- Without valid identification.
- Who appears intoxicated or behaves in a disorderly manner.
- Who breaches these terms and conditions.
Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy
- No Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable unless required by law (e.g., under Australian Consumer Law for event cancellation or major changes).
- Lost or Stolen Tickets: Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Ensure you keep your tickets secure.
- Ticket Resale: Tickets may not be resold for a profit or used for unauthorised promotions. Tickets found to be resold may be cancelled without notice.
Event Conduct
- Behaviour Standards: Patrons are required to behave in a respectful and safe manner. Offensive, illegal, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the venue without a refund.
- Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, and other items deemed unsafe by security will not be permitted.
- Management Rights: Management reserves the right to:
- Cancel the event, modify the schedule, or deny entry where necessary for safety or operational reasons.
- Remove anyone from the event for breaching these terms.
Liability
- Responsibility: The Victoria Hotel Wagga is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property, except where required by law.
- Indemnity: Patrons agree to indemnify the venue against any claims, damages, or losses arising from their actions.
Photography and Media
