Event Information
Presented by the Dubbo Motorcyclists and Drivers Club. Regional NSW biggest motor festival will be held;

Dubbo MotorFest is the largest Car and Bike Show in Regional NSW.
This years event will feature the amazing Elite Halls for both Cars and Bikes, plus a large display of Street Elite Vehicles. The Show n Shine area will be full of more beautiful vehicles on display throughout the whole day.
A variety of additional entertainement and activities will keep you entertained across the day, such as, FMX Motocross Exhibition, helicopter rides, childrens activities and more.
There is also live music throughout the day, bar facilities at the Club Dubbo Bar and food galour in the Family Friendly "Food Hub".

SECURED OVERNIGHT BUMP-IN .
The event will be held on Saturday 30 August, however, Elite entrants and alll motorcycle entrants will be able to bring in their
vehicle or bike on Friday evening from 5.00pm – 9.00pm. (Limited space available for bike. First in best dressed basis)
All vehicles/bikes will be secured via locked pavilions from 9:00pm. The site will also be locked from
11.00pm. A security guard will be on site and will patrol the area from 10.00pm – 6.00am the next
morning. Gates will open for bump-in at 6.00am. Strict bump in and bump out applies.
Friday 29 August:
Bump in: 12:00pm – 9:00pm
Saturday 30 August:
Bump in: 6.00am – 8.30am - via Wingewarra Street (east) near railway line (not main entrance). Please be on site by 8.30am.
Trophy presentations: 2.30pm – 3.00pm
Bump out: 4.00pm – 5.00pm - via Wingewarra Street (east) near railway line (not main entrance).
Live Band will commence in the Bar area at 4pm, (after the trophy presentation)
No food or drink permitted.
Licensed area - no persons under 18 years permitted
Refund policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled by the organisers, where required by law.
