Under the open sky, our guest Chef Andy Crestani of Ember Dining and Millbrie Cafe, will transform simple ingredients into extraordinary tapas over a roaring fire, blending tradition with innovation in every bite. It’s more than a meal; it’s an experience that connects us back to nature, to community, and to the pure joy of savouring food cooked with elemental passion.
