Ready to enjoy the night in style? We’re rolling out the red carpet for all those VIP vibes! Levelling Up your Under the Gums experience unlocks your access to the dedicated Level Up Area with wine barrels, seating, kickback spaces and all the vibes. You’ll also have an exclusive bar and dedicated amenities to ensure you skip the queue. To top it off Levelling Up includes a complementary drink voucher and delicious picnic box. This is the place to be!
Family Experience Pass: $120
Pass price covers up to 2 adults and 5 children.
Do you want the full family experience? The Family Experience Pass includes your GA tickets, a family picnic pack, an exclusive meet and greet with Bluey & Bingo, and a keepsake pass!

BUSES:
Buses are available from our neighbouring towns and regions and around Gilgandra to get you safely to the event and home again. Regional bus run seats are limited and require pre-booking. Make sure to add your bus ticket on at the add-on stage of ticket purchase. Early bird pricing applies until June 30 2025.

Under the Gums is the flagship event of the Goin' to Gil Festival Weekend!
The Goin’ to Gil Festival Weekend is a packed weekend of events, activities and great times! From the Gilgandra Speedway Season Opener to Gilgandra Alive’s #LocalLegends busking and the Gil Triathlon (Colour Run, Gilgandra CWA Watermelon Eating Competition, and Coo-ee March Re-enactment Committee Coo-ee Call Competition) to name a few, it’s all happening in Gilgandra this October Long Weekend. No Ticket, No ID - No Entry
Terms & Conditions
- This event is limited to those who hold a valid ticket
- Only those who hold a Level Up (VIP) ticket will be allowed in the designated area
- This event will be follow strict RSA practices, ID will be required
- GSC encourages attendees to utilise public transport to the event and have organised buses to accommodate this, please book your spot on relevant transport
- Some onsite parking is available on a first come first serve basis. There will be traffic control directing this on the night, follow the direction of these staff
- There is to be no parking outside the designated parking areas and particularly not alongside the edge of the Newell Highway
- All patrons enter and use the complex at their own risk including the risk of any injury, death, theft, loss or damage
- All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Tickets must be retained at all times and you should only hold the ticket in your name
- Camping at the event is forbidden, please stay in existing accommocation providers available on the event website
- Please contact GSC for Disabled or Ambulant access and seating
- GSC reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. If entry is refused or a person is asked to leave, no refund will be available
- GSC reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary advertised programs as necessary

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled by the organisers, where required by law.
