Craft + Carnivore 2025 – Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending Craft and Carnivore 2025, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
- Ticketing
- All tickets are non-refundable, except as required under applicable laws (e.g. Australian Consumer Law in the case of cancellation or major changes).
- Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by the organiser.
- Damaged, lost, or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
- Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket or digital entry pass.
- Event Entry and Conduct
- Attendees must be 18+ to purchase or consume alcohol. Valid government-issued photo ID is required.
- Entry may be subject to security searches.
- The organisers have the right to refuse entry or eject any attendee behaving inappropriately, intoxicated or in violation of festival rules.
- No outside alcohol, drugs or illegal substances are permitted.
- Under 18s may attend only when accompanied by a responsible adult. No alcohol will be served to anyone under 18.
- Age-verification wristbands may be required and must be worn at all times.
- Please drink responsibly. Water and food vendors will be available.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
- This Event complies with local RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) laws and guidelines.
- Service will be refused to any person who is intoxicated, abusive, or disruptive.
- The organiser and licensed vendors reserve the right to remove attendees for intoxication or inappropriate behaviour.
- Behaviour and Safety
- Aggressive, offensive, or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.
- Attendees must always follow directions from Event staff and security.
- Weather and Cancellation
- This is an all-weather event and will proceed rain or shine. Please dress appropriately.
- In the case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, the organiser may cancel, postpone, or relocate the Event.
- In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable laws.
- Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted at the Event:
- Alcohol not purchased at the Event
- Illegal substances
- Glass bottles or containers
- Weapons or dangerous objects
- Pets (except for certified assistance animals)
- Photography and Media
- By entering the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and archival purposes.
- The organiser may use images or recordings for future promotion without compensation.
- Liability
- Entry to the Event is at your own risk.
- The organiser accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where required by law.
