Entry
Please have your parking ticket displayed on your phone or printed ready to show staff on arrival.
Enter via Pitts Lane - Turn left on to Link Rd and follow directional signage to the nominated parking space listed on your ticket.
Exit
Via Putta Bucca Rd only - there will be no exit permitted on to Ulan Rd.

Refund/Cancellation
- Unless required to by law NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE will be given except for in the unlikely circumstances of cancellation of the event by the organiser. Refund liability is limited to the total amount of the Ticket purchase (including any fees or charges). The seller is not liable for expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation.
- Mid-Western Regional Council reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to an event, for any circumstances beyond the Mid-Western Regional Council’s reasonable control. This includes the cancellation of an event itself. Mid-Western Regional Council’s maximum liability is limited to a full refund of the ticket price. Mid-Western Regional Council accepts no additional liability for travel, accommodation or any other additional costs incurred.
