COVID - 19 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To ensure our patrons are safe during our event the Duck Creek Picnic Races Association has introduced the following CovidSafe measures:

MOST IMPORTANTLY if you are at all unwell PLEASE STAY AT HOME!!!

All person/s attending will be required to sign-in via the QR Code on the day.

Social distancing - People are to remain at least 1.5mtrs from all other people where possible.

Increased hygiene facilities - we will have hand sanitisers available at various key points on site.

Those not following the above Covidsafe measures may be asked to leave with no refunds of ticket.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Once confirmed, ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are available except as required by law;
2. Age limit: All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a Responsible Adult;
3. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the seller's and the venue's terms of admission;
4. Entry to the venue is at an individual’s own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duck Creek Picnic Races will not be responsible for any loss, damage, harm or injury arising from a participant’s entry to the event or venue;
5. Duck Creek Picnic Races will not be liable for any damage caused to attendees’ vehicles e.g. crash, scratches or damage arising from any incident.
6. All vehicles must travel and park where directed by traffic marshals.
7. All vehicles must travel in a forward movement only.
8. During the event we reserve the right to check any vehicles / bags and remove and confiscate any prohibited items (items will not be returned)
9. Duck Creek Picnic Races is STRICTLY NO GLASS
10. Litter is to be placed in designated bins provided and or taken home for disposal.
11. You may be denied entry into, or removed from, the event or venue where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions, or you are intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, inappropriately attired or adversely affecting the enjoyment of the event for others;
12. Security will be present for the duration of the event.
13. All efforts will be made to ensure the event goes ahead, however if a significant weather event is predicted to occur, all ticket-holders will be contacted via email and notified of the event’s cancellation This will also be published online at Duck Creek Picnic Races Social media pages where possible.

• Gas bottles & cooking facilities
• Glass/glass bottles
• Pets or animals
• Chairs in designated traffic zone
• Weapons and firearms
• Lasers

There will be no ticket refunds except as required by law. No other liability shall be incurred.

1. These Terms and Conditions may be varied at any time.
2. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it will be disregarded to the extent of its invalidity and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.
