Event Information
Griffith’s only race day is a day not to be missed! Grab your friends and family and join in all the race day has to offer: Full bar, food stalls, bookies, Fashions on the Field, and live music. Don’t forget free buses running from the visitors centre from 11:30am and free buses to take you back when the day is finished.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a cancellation to the race day within 48 hours from the start of the event the Griffith Jockey Club advises of the following cancellation policy for the following pre-paid items:
TICKETS: as per the cancellation policy via 123 Tix when purchased.
SOCIAL MARQUEES: a full refund of your pre booked marquee will be made available to you as soon as practically possible after the race day

I confirm that I agree to comply with all Griffith Jockey Club terms and conditions of my ticket.
TICKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All pre-purchased tickets will be scanned, a clearly printed ticket displaying the QR code or available on a smart phone device.
- Each patron is to have their own ticket ready on entering the venue. Online booking fees and charges may apply.
- Listed prices are on a per person basis.
- Refunds and/or exchanges are not available "Unless required by Law"
- If the event is cancelled due to adverse weather, ticket holders will be notified in writing and refunds will be issued by 123 Tix
- Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, duplicated or defaced in any way or are not purchased directly from 123 Tix
- Entry may be refused if tickets are not purchased from an authorised seller.
- Food and Drink packages non-transferrable.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- This is an All Ages Event.
- ID may be required.
- All patrons enter and use the complex at their own risk including the risk of any injury, death, theft, loss or damage.
- All persons will be required to adhere to any social distancing requirements as set out by the organisers of the event.
- Any ticket holder that is unwell or have cold or flu-like symptoms is asked to stay at home as per the advice from Health NSW.
- Hygiene and cleaning procedures have been and will be implemented to keep all patrons and our venue staff safe.
- Purchaser information may be shared with health authorities for contact tracing should any attendee test positive to COVID 19.
- Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible Guardian.
- Tickets must be retained at all times and you should only hold the ticket in your name.
- You must not obstruct the entry or exit point.
- You must follow signs and instructions at all times
