Gala Dinner Ticket Terms and Conditions
Note for the ticket purchaser: Please ensure that you relay ticket terms and conditions, including the dress code and code of conduct, to all parties in your group.
- Non-Refundable Purchases: All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
- Seating Capacity: Each table has a maximum seating capacity of 10 guests. Multiple tables are allowed.
- Dress Code: The dress code for the event is Black Tie/Formal. Formal attire is required. Examples of appropriate attire include a tuxedo, suit with tie, gown, cocktail dress, or pantsuit.
- Attendee Information: All attendees must provide their names, contact details, and dietary and accessibility requirements at time of booking. Any changes must be made prior to 19 November 2025 via admin@nswtourismassociation.com.au , any changes after this date cannot be guaranteed.
- Non-Transferable Tickets: Ticket attendee names are non-transferrable after 4pm on 24 November 2025.
- Accommodation: Accommodation bookings are not the responsibility of NSW Tourism Association and are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party providers.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA): The RSA policy will be enforced during the event.
- No Outside Alcohol or Illegal Substances: Attendees are not allowed to bring alcohol or illegal substances into the venue.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions: NSW Tourism Association reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions as it deems necessary.
Refund policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled by the organisers, where required by law.
