Event Information
Gates Open: 11:30am
Event Rooms Open: 12:00pm
Hospitality & Pre-Purchased Packages: Sales close 5 days prior to the event day.
Grazing Platters: Available for pre-purchase only. Sales close 5 days prior to the event day.
Attendance Information: Event schedules, race times and all relevant details will be emailed to ticket holders approximately 1 week prior to the event. Please ensure this information is shared with all guests in the case of a group booking.
Dress Code: For dress code requirements, please visit the Hawkesbury Race Club website.
Additional Tickets: Need more tickets for your group? Purchase them online under the same booking name and we will automatically merge them with your existing booking.
Parking & Transportation: Ample free parking is available onsite. Clarendon Train Station is conveniently located right at our front entrance, with just a 300m walk to the gates for ticketing and entry into the racecourse.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Ticket Scanning: All pre-purchased tickets must be scanned upon entry. Tickets must display a QR code, either printed clearly or available on a smartphone device. Each patron must present their own ticket upon arrival.
- Online Booking Fees: Online booking fees and charges may apply.
- Pricing: Listed prices are per person.
- Refunds & Exchanges: Hawkesbury Race Club (HRC) does not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect ticket purchases. Please verify your guest numbers before completing your online ticket purchase. Strictly no refunds will be provided up to 5 days prior to the event.
- Weather Policy: In the case of adverse weather conditions impacting racing on the event day, refunds may be issued at HRC’s discretion. A phantom race meeting may be held and patrons with pre-purchased hospitality packages will be contacted directly in the case of a phantom meeting running.
- Food & Beverage Policy: Please refer to the HRC website to view our Food & Beverage Policy.
- Ticket Integrity: Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, duplicated, or defaced in any way. Tickets should only be purchased directly from 123 Tix.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- This is an All-ages event.
- ID may be requested upon entry.
- All patrons who enter and use the complex at their own risk, including the risk of injury, death, theft, loss, or damage. Hawkesbury Race Club (HRC) is not liable for any personal harm or property loss.
- By entering our premises, patrons acknowledge that their photos may be taken and used by HRC for media purposes at our discretion. If you prefer not to have your image used, please contact our office in advance.
- Children must be always supervised by a responsible guardian.
- Patrons must follow all signage and instructions given by HRC staff.
- HRC is a fully licensed venue. No alcohol is permitted to be brought onto the premises.
- RSA guidelines will be strictly adhered to throughout the event.
- For the safety of horses, jockeys and industry participants, ball games, frisbees, balloons, table decorations, and other projectiles are not permitted on the premises.
Refund policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled by the organisers, where required by law.
