Tickets to Shows and Events at the Mullumbimby Ex-Services Club are sold subject to the following conditions:

  • All guests attending a show at the Club must sign in upon arrival and present valid photo identification.
    Note: Accepted forms of photo ID include a Driver’s or Rider’s Licence, Passport, Keypass Identity Card, Proof of Age Card, or NSW Photo Card.

  • You do not need to be a member or be accompanied by a member to attend a show. All visitors are welcome and may sign themselves in as Temporary Members with valid photo ID.

  • Local residents are encouraged to join the Club for just $6 per year. Members enjoy generous discounts on food and drinks, exclusive promotions, members-only happy hour, and access to the Club’s rewards and loyalty program.

  • Please check with event details or Club staff at the time of ticket purchase to determine whether the show is reserved or unreserved, seated or standing.

  • For accessible seating or Companion Card concessions, please contact Club Administration on (02) 6684 2533.

  • Please check your tickets at the time of purchase, as refunds or exchanges may not be permitted.

  • The Club takes no responsibility for the loss, damage, or theft of tickets after purchase.

  • Unless otherwise stated, all shows are restricted to those 18 years and above.
    For “All Ages” shows, persons under 18 must be accompanied by and remain in the immediate company of a responsible adult at all times.

    A responsible adult is defined as one of the following and must be over 18:

    • A parent or step-parent

    • A legal guardian

    • An adult with parental rights or duties in relation to the minor while on licensed premises or in a public place
      Note: As a general guideline, the accompanying adult should be at least 16 years older than the minor. The following examples do not comply: a 19-year-old accompanying a 17-year-old friend, or a 28-year-old sibling accompanying a 17-year-old brother.

  • Patrons must comply with the Club’s Dress Regulations.

  • Possession of a show ticket does not guarantee entry to the Club. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. If entry is refused or a person is asked to leave, no refund will be available.
