Event Information
Fashions on the Field will feature and there are some fantastic prizes on offer, on course catering, coffee van and sweet bar. there will be a jam packed afternoon of Racing with a full TAB, 8 race meet.
Enjoy the trackside public spaces or The Platinum Room hospitality package option. The Platinum Room is one of the best views of the finish line so don't miss this opportunity to enjoy your Cup Day.
Gates open at 12 noon and buses are available from the Robin Hood Hotel and The Ophir Hotel. To book please contact either hotel.
Ticket Options include;
General Entry - access to main bar, Tullmax Bar and lawn areas.
Members tickets - must show members badge on entry.
Owners tickets - available to horse owners only.
Sponsors tickets - must show sponsors badge on entry.
Grazing Platter - a selection of cold meats, cheeses, dips, fresh fruit and more! (4pp)
Front Lawn marquee, grazing Platter & drink tokens - ticket includes general entry, racebook, reserved seating in front lawn marquee, grazing platters, sandwich platters, sweet treats and five drink tokens per person
Two Course Buffet lunch & Drinks - (tables of ten) ticket includes a two course hot/cold buffet lunch and desert, general entry, racebook, reserved seating in the airconditioned Platinum room upstairs in the main grandstand. The best view over the racecourse and beer, wine & softdrink from gates open until the last race.

Terms & Conditions
Ticketing Terms and Conditions:
- All prepurchased tickets will be scanned, a clearly printed ticket displaying the QR code or available on a smart phone device. Each patron is to have their own ticket ready on entering the venue. Online booking fees and charges may apply.
- Listed prices are on a per person basis.
- Refunds and/or exchanges are not available "Unless required by Law"
- If the event is cancelled due to adverse weather, ticket holders will be notified in writing and refunds will be issued by 123 Tix
- Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, duplicated or defaced in any way or are not purchased from direclty from 123 Tix
- Members will be able to redeem gate entry for the member and one guest from the race club office on the day
- Entry may be refused if tickets are not purchased from an authorised seller.
- Food and Drink packages non-transferrable.
Conditions of Entry:
- This is an All Ages Event.
- ID may be required.
- All patrons enter and use the complex at their own risk including the risk of any injury, death, theft, loss or damage.
- Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible Guardian over the age of 21.
- Tickets must be retained at all times and you should only hold the ticket in your name.
- You must not obstruct the entry or exit point.
- You must follow signs and instructions at all times
- We are a fully licenced venue - no alcohol is to be brought onsite.
