Twilight Markets Lazy River Estate

1. APPLICATIONS & BOOKINGS

• All market sites must be booked via the official booking platform.

• Site bookings are subject to availability and approval by Lazy River Estate.

• Stallholders must ensure all booking details, including business/stall name, are correct at the time of purchase.

• Site allocations are final and are assigned as the next available at time of bump-in. Specific locations or corner sites are not guaranteed.

2. SITE TYPES & VEHICLES

• Standard sites do not permit vehicles or trailers to be left behind the stall.

• A reserved trailer site must be purchased if you require your vehicle or trailer to remain on-site.

• Reserved trailer sites are limited and specifically allocated.

• Vehicles not associated with a reserved trailer site must be removed from the market area after bump-in.

• Stallholders must remain within their allocated site boundaries.

3. POWER & EQUIPMENT

• No power is supplied to market stalls.

• Stallholders must supply all required equipment, including gazebos, tables, weights, lighting, and extension leads if required.

• All gazebos must be securely weighted for safety.

4. BUMP-IN & BUMP-OUT

• Bump-in times will be communicated prior to the event and must be strictly adhered to.

• Stallholders must complete bump-in before the market opens to the public.

• Early pack-down is not permitted unless approved by event management.

• Stallholders are responsible for leaving their site clean and free of rubbish.

5. INSURANCE & COMPLIANCE

• All stallholders must hold current Public Liability Insurance (minimum $10 million).

• Food vendors must provide valid Food Safety Certificates and comply with all local council and NSW Food Authority requirements.

• Sites are not confirmed until all required documentation is received.

6. WEATHER & CANCELLATIONS

• Markets proceed in most weather conditions unless severe weather wrnings have been issued

• No refunds will be issued due to weather unless the event is cancelled by Lazy River Estate.

• If Lazy River Estate cancels the event, stallholders will be offered a refund or credit at the organiser’s discretion.

7. REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

• Stallholder fees are non-refundable for change of mind, illness, or non-attendance.

• Stallholder sites are non-transferable without written approval from Lazy River Estate.

• Failure to attend the event will result in forfeiture of fees.

8. CONDUCT & SAFETY

• Stallholders must act in a professional and respectful manner at all times.

• Lazy River Estate reserves the right to remove any stallholder whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or non-compliant with these Terms & Conditions.

• Stallholders trade at their own risk. Lazy River Estate accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of stallholder property.

9. ADVERTISING & PROMOTION

• Stallholders consent to the use of images or videos captured during the event for promotional purposes.

• Business tagging and promotion are at the discretion of Lazy River Estate.

10. GENERAL

• Lazy River Estate reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• By purchasing a site, stallholders acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

• While Lazy River Estate actively promotes each event, we make no guarantee regarding attendance numbers or sales outcomes and accept no responsibility for individual vendor revenue or trading performance.
