Booking & Payment Policy

• A $50 per person deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance of $39 per person is due at the time of your booking.

• Cancellations must be made at least  48 hours in advance to receive a refund of your deposit. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Any reduction in numbers without adequate notice will forfeit their portion of deposit 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best we can. To ensure we can provide the best service for all diners, we have the following cancellation policy:

• Reservation Cancellations: Please notify 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your booking.

• Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your reservation, or no-shows, forfeit their deposit

• Large Groups: For parties of 10 or more, 48 hours notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Special Events & Holidays: During peak periods, special events, or holidays, a longer notice period may apply.

Allergy Policy:

• We take food allergies and intolerances seriously. Please inform our staff of any dietary requirements when booking in email note or phone 6882 2111

• While we make every effort to accommodate allergies, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, as cross-contamination may occur.

• Guests with severe allergies should take caution and consult with staff before booking

   

  Meal Service & Reservation Policy

  • Service Time: Dinner service commences at 6:00 PM. Please arrive on time to enjoy your full dining experience.

  • Table Holding: Tables are held for 15 minutes past your reservation time. After this, we may release your table to accommodate other guests on our waitlist
