Please be advised that attendees at Parkes Elvis Festival events may be photographed by official photographers. These photos may be used for future marketing and promotional activities.

By purchasing tickets to this event, you acknowledge that it may be scheduled to be held, or will be held, during a time in which Government directions or public health regulations may be in force regarding event capacity or the holding of the event itself.

The organisers and ticketholders must adhere to the directions and regulations in place at the time of the event. This legislation may change between the purchase date and the event date, and as a result the organiser may be required to:

1. Cancel or postpone the event;
2. Reduce the number of persons who may attend the event;
3. Change your seating allocation; and/or
4. Change any standing or seating configurations for attendance at the event.

Refunds and Exchanges

1. Parkes Elvis Festival does not offer refunds or exchanges due to a change in personal circumstances or external factors such as adverse weather. A refund or exchange will only be provided if an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly relocated (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
   If an event is cancelled, you do not need to apply for a refund, we will automatically attempt to process it back to the original payment method. Otherwise, you must apply for a refund by the earlier of:
   (a) 4 weeks after notification of the reschedule or relocation; or
   (b) 72 hours prior to the event.
   If you do not request a refund by this date, you will have agreed to the reschedule or relocation and will not be entitled to claim a refund.
2. If an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly relocated, liability is limited to the ticket purchase amount (minus booking fees). Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange. Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), neither Parkes Elvis Festival nor the Seller will be liable for any additional losses incurred, including travel or accommodation expenses.
