1. Ticket Purchase & Admission
- All tickets must be purchased through the official ticketing website. Entry to the event is only permitted with a valid ticket.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law or at the organizer’s discretion.
2. Age Restrictions
- Attendees must be at least 18 years old to participate. Proof of age may be required at entry.
3. Event Changes & Cancellation
- The organizer reserves the right to change the event date, time, venue, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and refunds will be processed according to the organizer’s refund policy.
4. Alcohol Consumption
- Alcohol will only be served to attendees of legal drinking age. The organizer reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or is behaving inappropriately.
5. Liability & Safety
- Attendees participate at their own risk. The organizer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
- Attendees must follow all safety instructions provided by event staff.
6. Artwork & Materials
- All materials for painting will be provided. Attendees may take home their completed artwork.
- The organizer retains the right to use photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff.
7. Conduct
- The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
8. Privacy
- Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be handled in accordance with the organizer’s privacy policy and applicable laws.
9. Acceptance
- By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to these terms and conditions.
