Terms & Conditions
1. Event Details
The Event will be held on 27–28 March 2026 at Whitton Malt House, NSW. Event details, including dates, times and programming, are subject to change.
2. Tickets & Entry

Tickets are valid only for the date(s) specified at the time of purchase.

Tickets must be presented (printed or digital) for entry.

Lost, stolen or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a disorderly, unsafe or inappropriate manner.
3. Refunds & Cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

In the event of cancellation, postponement or significant alteration due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control (including weather, safety concerns or government directives), ticket holders will be notified of available options.

Booking and transaction fees are non-refundable.
4. Weather
The Event will proceed rain or shine, unless deemed unsafe. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
5. Safety & Risk

Attendance is at your own risk.

The Event includes agricultural machinery, demonstrations and uneven outdoor surfaces.

Patrons must follow all safety signage, staff instructions and site rules at all times.

The organiser accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to persons or property, except where required by law.
6. Children & Supervision

Children must be supervised at all times.

The organiser accepts no responsibility for unsupervised children.
7. Prohibited Items & Conduct

Illegal substances, weapons, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.

Alcohol may only be consumed in licensed areas. Np BYO permitted

Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas.
8. Photography & Media

The Event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

By attending, you consent to your image or likeness being used in marketing and promotional materials without compensation.
9. Animals

With the exception of registered assistance animals, pets are not permitted at the Event.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser, venue owners and associated parties are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from attendance at the Event.
11. Amendments
The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published where tickets are sold.
Refund policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled by the organisers, where required by law.
