Regional Funding Bootcamp Series Wollongong Workshop

RDA Illawarra Shoalhaven (RDAIS) invites local businesses, community organisations, not-for-profits and innovators to take part in the Regional Funding Bootcamp Series (RFBS), a practical workshop designed to build confidence and capability in preparing funding-ready projects.

This face-to-face session focuses on long-term grant readiness, helping participants better understand how funding works, what assessors look for, and how to organise and plan strong projects before writing begins. The workshop covers funding fundamentals, eligibility and assessment criteria, major State and Federal grant programs, project planning, strengthening submissions, and guidance on engaging with Councils and local Members, including Letters of Support. Participants will also hear from local individuals and organisations that have successfully secured funding, sharing practical lessons and insights.

Participants will leave with practical templates and checklists, a clearer concept of successful projects, access to ongoing grant alerts and briefings, and connections to trusted local support providers.
