2026 Gold Crown Honouree Dinner - Honouring David Hewitt and Family - Tuesday 24th of March 2026
Join us for a special evening as we celebrate the 2026 Gold Crown Honourees, David Hewitt and his family, in recognition of their outstanding contribution to the Bathurst Harness Racing Club and Harness Racing industry.
The evening will commence at 6:30pm at Bathurst RSL Club, where guests will enjoy a beautifully prepared two-course dinner, shared in great company and celebration.
This is a wonderful opportunity to come together, reflect on the achievements of the Hewitt family, and be part of one of the most meaningful events of the Gold Crown Carnival.

- The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase of tickets.
- By purchasing a ticket for the event, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- All ticket purchases are non-refundable, and no reimbursements will be offered under any circumstances unless explicitly stated.
- In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement of the event, the organisers reserve the right to either issue a refund or reschedule the event at their discretion. In such cases, the organisers will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders through the contact information provided during the purchase.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise by the organisers. Any attempt to transfer tickets without proper authorisation may result in cancellation without refund.
- The organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. It is the ticket holder's responsibility to keep their tickets in a safe and secure manner.
- Admission to the event is granted only with a valid ticket. Duplicate or copied tickets will not be accepted. The organisers reserve the right to deny entry to individuals with fraudulent or unauthorised tickets.
- The organiser reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, venue, or any other aspect without prior notice. No refunds will be issued due to such changes.
- Attendees are expected to adhere to the event's code of conduct. Violation of the code of conduct may result in ejection from the event without refund.The organisers shall not be held responsible for any delay, interruption, or cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events beyond their control.These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
