TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Ticket Validity: Your ticket is valid only for the specified dates of the event.
  2. Transferability: Tickets are transferable. Requests for ticket name transfer must be made in writing and submitted to the Organisers.Tickets cannot be resold or exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. 
  3. Entry Requirements: Admission to the event is subject to availability and capacity constraints. Business NSW reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals from the premises for any reason, including but not limited to disruptive behaviour or violation of event policies. 
  4. Data Collection and Usage: By purchasing a ticket for the event, the attendee acknowledges and agrees that their personal information,including but not limited to name, email address, and contact details, may be collected by the Organisers for the purpose of ticketing, event communication and administration. 
  5. Data Security and Confidentiality: The Organisers are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all personal data collected. Measures will be implemented to safeguard against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of personal information. 
  6. Cancellation and Refund: Requests for ticket cancellations and refunds must be made in writing and submitted to the Organisers at least 14-days prior to the event date. A cancellation fee will apply and refunds are subject to approval by the Organisers. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14-days before the event date. 
  7. Event Changes and Cancellations: Business NSW reserves the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, speakers and content without prior notice. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate adjustments to the event agenda. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters or low attendance, ticket holders will be notified via email, and refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided at the discretion of the Organisers. 
  8. Photography & Recording: By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. Business NSW retains the right to use such materials for marketing, advertising, and other promotional activities without further consent or compensation. Unauthorised photography, filming, or recording of sessions or speakers is strictly prohibited. 
  9. Liability Waiver: Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. Business NSW and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or inconvenience incurred during the event or related events. 
  10. Code of Conduct: All event attendees are expected to adhere to a code of conduct promoting respect, inclusivity, and professionalism. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated, and individuals engaging in such behaviour may be asked to leave the event premises. 
  11. Accessibility: The Organisers are committed to providing a welcoming and accessible environment for all attendees. Please contact us in advance if you have any accessibility requirements or concerns. 
  12. Dietary Requirements: Attendees must advise the Organisers directly if you have any special dietary requirements.
